We worked with Hannah while looking for our first house in Pullman. Within a few hours of reaching out, she asked to meet us and we discussed what we are looking for over coffee. As newbies to buying a house, she was patient and took care to explain the details of the process. She was always kind, respectful, and kept open communication. Hannah kept us in mind as houses came on the market and reached out when she saw one that fit what we were looking for. When we found a home we wanted to make an offer on, she guided us through our first offer and even made a video breakdown outlining everything in the offer letter for us. She really did go above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what was going on. When she graduated and moved out of Pullman she already had us lined up with a coworker of hers to continue the search.
