My husband found Hannah Dubyne through her Youtube channel and the adventure started there. We lived out of state during the time we were looking for a home in Vancouver, WA. Hannah was amazing about being transparent and explained everything a long the way. She was able to FaceTime us while she toured the houses we were interested in purchasing. Eventually we put an offer on a house, but when we saw it in person, we changed our minds. Hannah was very supportive and was able to show us other houses that same day. We were able to find the home we closed on that same weekend as we were able to see it in person. Hannah listened, was always kind, trustworthy, respectful, quick, and efficient. After our formal meeting, we hit the ground running. You managed to schedule tours of all of the homes we wanted to see and after one day of touring the homes, we found the one. You were just so on top of it all, like SERIOUSLY on top of it! You sent us weekly updates, all of our questions were always answered, and you were quick to find the solution to our one hiccup in our particular transaction. I was very impressed with how calm and composed you were throughout the whole process and I truly appreciated how you always reassured me that everything was going to be okay! We were not able to come to town to shop, or for the inspection (every flight was canceled, the travel gods had it out for us). Because she is SO tech savvy, and empowered to use the tools at her disposal, despite this being the first time we weren't even able to come to town, which you would think for a large purchase like this would be an issue, we have NEVER felt more comfortable in our decision and choice. We have NEVER been less worried, or more confident than we are in this purchase. Our plan was to just find "a house," to get us to town and look for the "forever home" later on. Without even trying, we found "the one!" The process, start to finish, has never been so easy, free of complication or stress, or smooth. From home shopping, to showings, to financing, making an offer, get it accepted, and even the inspection - she is just unreal. Whether or not she meant to be or wanted to be, she has become an integral part of our family's story and history. We are so thrilled to have met her. We would not hesitate to recommend her to all of our friends, family and coworkers and will continue to work with her in the future for any/all real estate needs we have. Before we chose Hannah to represent us as buyers in a very competitive, fast moving market, we experienced the heartbreak of putting in what we felt were strong offers on more than one dream home only to come in second place. We didn't understand what sellers in Clark county were looking for in buyers and were close to giving up on finding a new home. Our agent from an algorithm focused national brokerage had a hands-off approach that wasn't working for us. We were connected to Hannah by what felt like chance circumstances - long story short, I basically shouted into realtor.com that I needed help and Hannah answered. We of course know that it wasn't chance, but instead a result of Hannah's infinite growth mindset, client centeredness, dedication to her profession, and years of experience. My wife and I live in California and we were looking to purchase a second home in Camas. We were referred to Hannah to represent us as a buyer. Our experience with her was 5 star +. Hannah was very professional, and responsive. Since we were remote, she had to spend hours arranging everything from writing an offer to getting inspection report, roof report, and crawl space report. She communicated every day with us as well as with the seller's agent and she would let us know of the progress on the purchase contract. Without her, we would not have been able to buy the house we did. We feel that she represented us very well and had our best interest at heart. She also spent a lot of time with us personally showing us the different neighborhoods in Camas. Anybody with a computer can search for properties these days, any agent can have a filter and email you homes, but having someone like Hannah with so much knowledge of the housing market in the area and taking us in person to the different neighborhoods was priceless for us. I would not hesitate to work with her in the future either as a buyer or a seller. Overall an excellent professional with a great attitude and smile at all times.
