Mt. Vista is comprised of mainly 70’s/80’s subdivision homes, and homes on acreage and is home to Washington State University Vancouver.
WSU Vancouver is the pride and joy of the area, located on 350 sprawling acres and serving approx 3,200 students annually. The college offers many programs for the public to enjoy, including the Cougar Trails, a Disc Golf Course, Master Gardner’s garden sales, and much more.
Resident’s of Mt. Vista value their autonomy and individuality, as most of the neighborhoods do not have HOAs.
