Hearthwood/Evergreen area is an established, mature area of Vancouver with homes mostly from the 70s – 90s. Most of the homes in the area are smaller, more entry level homes with either 3 or 4 bedrooms, both one and two story homes. The exception to this is the subdivision First Place, which is very well known for having large, stately homes and generous lots. There have been several sales in the neighborhood lately above $1,000,000.
For amenities, directly in the area you’ll find various neighborhood parks, Winco Foods, and other small to medium size businesses bordering on Mill Plain Blvd and 136th Ave. The location is considered very convenient, you’ll never be more than 10 minutes away from your everyday needs.
