Burnt Bridge Creek

Named after the 13 mile creek that runs through Vancouver, Burnt Bridge Creek is characterized almost exclusively by smaller 3-4 bedrooms, built from the 70s-90s. This is a great area to find a starter home, budget-friendly home, or a smaller size home. Most of the neighborhoods are no HOA since they were built prior to the financial crisis, which is when HOAs in Clark County became more standard.

Running parallel to the creek is the Burnt Bridge Creek Trail, which is eight miles long and a great opportunity to get outside and experience nature.

In the heart of the area is Burnt Bridge Creek Elementary, making it very convenient for families with school-age children. The closest shopping area is up and down 117th Ave, which has stores like Fred Meyer, Lowes, Automotive Shops, Starbucks, and more!
